Where you begin.

The app opens with a briefing, not a form. Beth asks for the material that already tells your story, then reads it the way a careful adviser would—before any search begins.

  • Sign in at the app

One account at app.beththehunter.com. Your evidence stays yours, visible only to you and the people you choose to involve.

  • The onboarding briefing

Beth requests your CV and relevant assessment materials, such as a DISC behavioural profile, gathered across your career.

  • Evidence becomes context

Achievements are read across markets and languages, so the route reflects what you have done—not only where you have been.

The search track

Set your search track in three steps.

A track is a cadence, not a chore. You define the evidence, the direction and the schedule; Beth runs the search between your meetings and brings back only what deserves your attention.

01

Gather your evidence

Your CV, assessments and recorded achievements form the base camp. The stronger the evidence, the more precisely Beth can read fit—and the more confidently you can speak to it.

02

Set direction

Target roles, markets, languages and relocation preferences define the territory. Beth reads every opening against this map, not against a generic keyword list.

03

Schedule the track

Choose two or three weekday slots. Beth's agents search on that cadence; you stay in control, and nothing is ever applied to automatically.

Field noteYou can pause the track, narrow the territory, or trigger an extra run manually. Every result waits for your decision—Beth prepares, you approve.

Between runs

What Beth does between runs.

While you are doing your job, Beth works the method: the same four disciplines a careful career adviser would apply—executed on a schedule and presented back to you for a human decision.

I — The Method

Gather the Evidence

Every match starts from your proven record: scope, results and assessments read in context, never reduced to a keyword count.

II — The Method

Read the Situation

Role complexity, culture signals, timing and hiring intent are weighed for each opening, so you see a realistic view of fit.

III — The Method

Prepare with Precision

For each opportunity worth pursuing, Beth drafts tailored CV and cover-letter material that keeps your facts intact and sharpens relevance.

IV — The Method

Decide as a Human

Nothing moves without you. Review, refine and approve every document; suppress or dismiss results as your judgement dictates.

Discretion is part of the route.

  • No automatic applications, messages or external account actions.
  • Your search context is treated as sensitive professional material.
  • You approve every document before it reaches a hiring team.

Field questions

Asked, answered honestly.

The questions professionals raise before setting their first track—answered the way we would answer them across a table.

Does Beth apply to jobs for me?

No. Beth searches, reads and prepares; you decide. Every application document is drafted for your approval, and nothing is submitted, sent or posted on your behalf—automatically or otherwise.

What do I need to start?

Your CV and any assessment materials you have accumulated—such as a DISC behavioural profile. During onboarding Beth requests these once; they become the evidence base for every later run.

Which languages and markets does Beth cover?

Beth normalises, translates and cross-references profile data across languages, and reads relocation preferences against cross-border openings—most of which are published in English regardless of the language of your original documents.

How much of my time does a track take?

Two moments: setting the track—evidence, direction, two or three weekday slots—and reviewing what each run brings back. Most results deserve a glance and a dismiss; the few that matter deserve your full attention.

Can I pause or stop my search track?

At any time. Pause the cadence, narrow the territory, or close the track entirely. Your evidence remains available to you, and Beth resumes only when you say so.

Begin with a better briefing

Your route begins with the evidence you already have.

Open Beth, set your first track, and let the search run with discipline while you keep the decisions.
